WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? At this time Millie oversees a very lean team so all sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email milliesassistant@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date, your order number, photo of your purchase, and contact information so we can best resolve your situation.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? Please allow 3-4 weeks once your order has been placed for us to fulfill and ship your order. Tracking will be sent once dispatched.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? We cannot wait to see someone repping Oh My Millie in Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, São Paulo and beyond. That's why we offer international shipping! Shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. Should an international order be sent back to us for any reason, we will contact you via email to arrange a reship or credit to future merchandise available on the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? Millie starts working on your order as soon as she receives it. Unfortunately, her assistant cannot make any changes or modifications to orders once they have been placed.
